I have known Tim since 2005 when he was engaged by the owner of a development under construction by my brother Paul at Stanhope Gardens. I became aware that Tim was the leading agent in the area. The eight homes were sold by his office under his supervision, at prices in line with the expectations of the owner.

Since that project, my brother and I developed a further 37 homes within the Stanhope Gardens precinct. Tim was our sales agent for all dwellings. In all but a few cases the homes were exchanged prior to the registration of the plan of subdivision. I found that Tim was able to source buyers no matter how difficult the trading conditions were and negotiate prices that were acceptable to us.

Tim was pro-active in providing advice as to what sells and what doesn't in terms of design. As our projects progressed we were able to incorporate that advice within our designs, to a point where our designs became favored in the market. Easy sales followed, to the benefit of both parties.

I was also satisfied that Tim was able to direct his sales people effectively. I found that all his staff were knowledgeable about our product and were familiar with what was expected of them in selling our products. This meant the sales net was cast widely and ultimately successfully.

I found Tim to be honest and open in our dealings and will have no hesitation to use his sales expertise again when the opportunity arises.

I have lived in the village of Kellyville for nearly 60 years and in the BRRA for nearly 30 years.

I was appointed by the local residents to act as Chairman/President of the Kellyville Rezoning Association in 2003.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim Foster - Greenwood in 2003 and he was appointed as a member of the association in the same year as me due to his real estate knowledge and his personal drive to assist in getting BRRA rezoned.

He was on many occasions, our speaker in Council in addressing the concerns of the owners of acreage in BRRA. He was also instrumental in negotiating with Council in their efforts to achieve the rezoning of the BRRA.

Rezoning was achieved in 2007 and after achieving our goals, the Rezoning Association was disbanded.
